Welcome to the Book in a Day Program, offered by Erin Marie Company (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By enrolling in and participating in this program, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not participate in the program.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to enroll.
This program is designed for entrepreneurs, coaches, and professionals who want to write a book quickly.

Program Inclusions & Access

Enrollment grants access to all materials, resources, and live sessions included in the Book in a Day Program.
Access is non-transferable and cannot be shared.

Payments & Refund Policy

Payment must be made in full or through an approved payment plan before access to the program is granted.
Refunds: Due to the digital nature of this program, all sales are final and non-refundable.

Intellectual Property

All content, materials, templates, and strategies provided in the Book in a Day Program are owned by Erin Marie Company.
You may not copy, distribute, or resell any program materials without written permission.

Code of Conduct

To ensure a positive experience, participants must:

Engage respectfully in discussions and coaching sessions.
Not disrupt or attempt to interfere with the program’s operations.
Not harass or harm other participants or the Erin Marie team.

Failure to follow these guidelines may result in removal from the program without a refund.

Limitation of Liability

Erin Marie Company is not responsible for any results or lack thereof from using this program. Success depends on individual effort and implementation.
We do not provide legal, financial, or tax advice. Any business or publishing decisions you make are your responsibility.

Program Updates & Changes

We reserve the right to update or modify the Book in a Day Program and its Terms at any time.
Continued participation in the program after changes means you accept those changes.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of Michigan, United States.
